Booking Policy
All reservations are for a dining time of two hours.
All reservations for parties of six and above are required to dine on our $90 Chef’s menu..
Due to the nature of our menu, we may not be able to accommodate severe dietary restrictions without prior notice. Please get in touch with us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Surcharges and fees
We require credit card details to confirm every reservation, however the card will not be charged at the time of booking, but it will pre-authorise a charge of $50 in case of failure to show with no notice.
In case of a delay, the table will be held for 15 minutes from the time of booking before being released.
A credit card transaction fee of 1.5% applies.
A 10% surcharge applies on Sunday and a 15% surcharge applies on public holidays.
Accessibility and seatings
Suze’s space ranges across two dining rooms, one located downstairs and one located upstairs.
There are two different types of seatings, either a bar top on high stools or a table seating.
At the time of booking, we are unable to guarantee the room or the seating you will be dining in, but we will do our best to accommodate any enquiry related to mobility requirements. Please let us know by just adding a note to your booking.
Please be aware that highchairs are not available and, due to our limited space, accommodating prams is susceptible to availability, enquiring about it via email is necessary.
Due to the unpredictable nature of Melbourne’s weather, our outdoor space is available for walk-in guests only.
