Our kitchen team is blessed with the opportunity to be working closely with small and artisanal Victorian producers, like ‘Day’s walk farm’, ‘Somerset heritage produce’, ‘Dog creek growers” , to name a few.

 

Our approach aims to let the product shine for itself, treating it with simplicity and restrained techniques. We love eating delicious food, we love cooking delicious food.

Late Summer Sundays

Sundays are all about laidback and relaxed vibes, and that for us goes hand in hand with a bowl of pasta. 

 

Every Sunday lunch our chefs put together a small set menu with a focus on pasta, created with the beautiful produce available that week from our favourite farms and artisans around Victoria.

 

It’s a spontaneous act, it’s simplicity to its core, with lots of love.  

Starting from February 8th. 

Menu à la carte not available. Dietary requirements can’t be met on this occasion.

Wine List

Each bottle of wine opened tells a story about a place and time. At Suze, we equally focus on French and Italian, as well as Victorian and Australian wines.

 

We pour them without fuss, driven by the simple pleasure of suggesting something delicious. Of course, we kept some space on our drinks list for the other things we enjoy drinking, with reference to the European culture of vermouth, spritz and aperitifs.

 

Our offering is small but often changing, we are sure you will always find something fun and intriguing to drink!
